Focus On Balance

Perhaps one of the best ways to reduce your overall weight gain and to promote a healthy weight level is to balance you pH level. A healthy human should have a pH level of 7.4, which is significantly alkaline. To do this, consume a diet that is made up of 80 percent alkaline foods and just 20 percent acidic foods.
